大馬打擊IS先見之明 繼續防備

（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡31日專電）馬來西亞總警長卡立阿布巴卡（Khalid Abu Bakar）今天發布新聞稿表示，大馬比其他國家更早主動打擊伊斯蘭國（IS），才能讓現在大馬社會治安較穩定。

他在新聞稿中透露，大馬在3年前有先見之明，知道IS恐怖主義會影響到國家安危，因此當時就已指派警察部隊旗下的政治部反恐組開始監督，預防IS透過各種管道徵召國人前往敘利亞參與軍事活動，結果證明預防措施的確有效制止恐怖襲擊。

儘管當時IS威脅力不大，甚至有其他伊斯蘭國家也曾希望給予援助，但卡立認為IS的偏激想法會造成社會震盪，決定選擇先發制人，促使至今成功挫敗IS在本國策劃的7項恐襲，其中3項已進行至第二階段，即IS分子已獲取化學物以製造炸彈，另4項還在初步階段。

同時，從2013年2月開始至今，大馬警方也逮捕了157名被疑涉及IS活動的嫌犯，其中132名為男性，女性25人，有136人為大馬人，外國人21名；另外，有54人被控上庭，25人被判罪，14人遭遣送回國。

他補充，儘管警方已逮捕大批恐怖分子，但根據反恐組的情報顯示，IS仍然對國家安全構成威脅，還是有許多大馬人計劃到敘利亞加入IS戰事和發動恐襲，因此他表示大馬警方近期會把防範行動升級甚至加倍，確保國家不會成為無謂鬥爭的受害者。1050131
